DRAFT – for Alex to review
Privacy policy
Kivora Games is a brand of Kivora Tech Corp. This draft describes what our puzzle games collect, how that information is used, and how to ask for deletion.
Potion Sort
- An anonymous account ID, created on first launch, with no name, email, or login.
- A random install ID kept on the device, and the platform (iOS or Android).
- Play sessions for that account: the game, the start time, seconds played, and levels completed.
- A profile row with a country field and an account status. The country field is empty in the current games.
- Settings and level progress stored on the device.
- When ads are on, ad impression details sent by AppLovin: format, network, revenue, country, placement, ad unit, platform, package name, and timestamps. A row is linked to the anonymous account ID when that ID is a UUID.
- Firebase Analytics events named level_start, level_complete, level_fail, ad_shown, rewarded_used, and ad_impression, plus crash reports and remote configuration.
- When ads are on, device and advertising data collected by AppLovin MAX under its own policy. MAX shows its consent and privacy flow on first launch.
How it is used
- To run the game and keep the anonymous account that groups play sessions.
- To keep settings and level progress on the device.
- To see which levels are started, finished, or failed, and to read crash reports, so the game can be fixed.
- To fetch remote configuration, including how long the game waits between full-screen ads once ads are on.
- When ads are on, to show ads and to store the impression details listed above. Ads are not part of the first Play closed test. This policy covers them for when they ship.
Who else processes it
- Supabase hosts the anonymous account, the profile, the install record, play sessions, and ad impression rows. Supabase privacy policy.
- Firebase, a Google service, receives the analytics events, crash reports, and remote configuration. Firebase privacy and security and the Google privacy policy.
- AppLovin MAX, when ads are on, shows its own consent and privacy flow on first launch. It collects device and advertising data under its own policy. AppLovin privacy policy.

Deletion
Email privacy@kivoragames.com and name the game. We delete the anonymous account. That delete removes the profile, the install record, and play sessions. We also delete ad impression rows stored for that account as part of the same request. Firebase and AppLovin keep data under their own policies and retention. We do not control those copies.
